簡介:中小學美術新課程改革現(xiàn)已在全國范圍內全面實施。這次美術新課程改革的最大特點就是靈活性。其靈活表現(xiàn)在不拘泥于美術知識的傳授,不受美術教材的限制等。著重于教師教學思維的轉變和對學生綜合素質的全面把握。這樣靈活的教育綱領在實施過程中會遇到諸如教師素質不夠、教學硬件缺乏等問題。層出不窮的新版美術教材把基礎性、科學性、開放性與趣味性做到有機的結合,在教材的課目設計中,注意到將觀察能力、想象能力和表現(xiàn)能力的發(fā)展結合到具體的學習中,在綜合的學習中逐步培養(yǎng)學生的自身素質。改革后的教材雖然注重了趣味性、綜合性等,但對教學環(huán)境諸如教師素質、教學硬件要求頗高,比較適合在物質條件比較發(fā)達的城市使用,在相對于城市而言的后發(fā)達地區(qū)農村無法很好的實施新教材的課程。在教學硬件一時無法改善的情況下,教師教學方法、思想意識的更新是當務之急??梢娊處煹淖陨硭刭|成了新課程改革落實的關鍵點之一。高等師范是為新課程改革提供人才的教育重陣。在中小學美術課程正在進行一系列的改革的同時,高等師范美術院系也應及時調整課程內容,培養(yǎng)適應新課程改革的新型人才。條件比較艱苦的后發(fā)達地區(qū)更需要新型教育人才的加入,需要能利用現(xiàn)有的環(huán)境發(fā)揮美術的素質教育作用,靈活運用教學法,適應新課程改革的教師工作者。然而,據(jù)筆者了解大部分的高等師范美術院系課程設置與專業(yè)美術院校的課程設置頗為相似,比較容易讓學生的學習目標不明確,在教育實習時感覺所學非所用。中小學美術課程的標準、美術課程的教育情況、美術新課程改革的實施情況、心理學、教育學等都應該是未來的美術教育工作者學習和了解的主課內容。桂林地處廣西省,屬欠經(jīng)濟發(fā)達地區(qū)之一。中小學美術新課程改革的實施情況在較為發(fā)達的桂林市區(qū)與欠發(fā)達的桂林縣城地區(qū)有相同也有不同之處。鑒于對此情況的調查將有助于中小學美術新課程改革的發(fā)展以及對高等師范美術教育的改良。本文通過對桂林市、縣的中小學美術新課程改革的實施進行抽樣調查所得的數(shù)據(jù),輔之以各種有關教育、美術教育的報刊雜志等文獻資料,通過對材料的綜合分析與比較研究,了解美術新課程改革的實施情況,并結合高師美術教育課程設置,提出一些可行性的改良建議。希望有助于美術教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展。

簡介:圖內圖書分類號G6432國際圖書分類號671管理學碩士學位論文中美高等教育管理領域研究生課程設置的比較研究碩士研究生王磊導師郭大成教授申請學位管理學碩士學科、專業(yè)教育經(jīng)濟與管理所在單位高等教育研究所答辯日期2008年6月授予學位單位哈爾濱工業(yè)大學哈爾濱工業(yè)大學管理學碩士學位論文I摘要本文在大量收集資料和調查研究的基礎上,運用比較研究、文獻研究以及調查研究的方法,針對兩國研究生教育情況,對美國與我國的高等教育管理領域碩士研究生的課程設置作了較為全面的比較和細致的分析。主要比較了課程設置的目標、原則、結構以及課程設置內容等幾個方面,發(fā)現(xiàn)中美兩國在課程設置上的主要差異,找到問題所在。本文分析了中美兩國研究生教育培養(yǎng)目標和方式,國內外不同高校在高等教育管理領域的研究生專業(yè)課程設置的對比,列舉了美國喬治亞大學、密歇根大學、賓西法尼亞大學、哈佛大學等幾所美國高校以及國內幾所具有教育管理專業(yè)培養(yǎng)能力的大學,發(fā)現(xiàn)我國高等教育管理領域專業(yè)在課程設置的內容和結構上的不足,對存在的問題提出改進意見。提出了對我國高等教育管理領域研究生課程設置的自己的構想。文中較全面地分析中美高等教育管理類研究生課程設置的優(yōu)缺點,目的在于提高我國研究生教育經(jīng)濟與管理專業(yè)的課程體系,提高我國研究生在高等教育管理類專業(yè)的培養(yǎng)質量,也可以對我國研究生教育課程設置提供借鑒意義。由于研究的是高等教育管理領域的專業(yè)課程設置,本文的意圖是通過對比研究,提出能夠優(yōu)化我國研究生教育經(jīng)濟與管理專業(yè)的課程體系,提高我國高等教育管理領域的研究生的培養(yǎng)質量,使之可以為我國研究生教育課程設置提供啟示。關鍵詞高等教育管理研究生課程設置

簡介:華中科技大學博士學位論文論中國高等教育法律的秩序價值姓名李靜蓉申請學位級別博士專業(yè)高等教育學指導教師別敦榮20070601華中科技大學博士學位論文華中科技大學博士學位論文II效率為價值取向從而保證高等教育的效率;高等教育法律更應該在正義的前提下平等對待所有高等教育主體,同時通過特殊方式幫助處境不利人群的高等教育權利的實現(xiàn)以保證高等教育的平等。如果高等教育法律關注了這些內在要求,它將帶來一個安全、高效和平等的高等教育秩序,即理想中的高等教育秩序。然而在特殊的歷史境遇中,我國的高等教育法律并沒有這樣的秩序價值,現(xiàn)行高等教育法律建構的主要是計劃秩序,法律的價值主要是工具價值。高等教育法律文本中的高等教育層次結構模糊、權利義務結構失衡、控制約束機制缺乏權威;而實踐中高等教育的立法不科學不民主,司法不普遍,行政執(zhí)法的透明度和公開度都不高,高等教育的法律秩序還未形成。正是因為對于秩序和法律價值的一元化追求,才導致它對業(yè)已多元化的社會控制無力,使整個高等教育處于嚴重的“無序”之中。高等教育法律價值觀的如此定位是建國以后長期實施的計劃經(jīng)濟思維和工具主義法律價值觀的歷史慣性使然,是國家主義教育觀的反映,主要為了維護國家的高等教育利益。而要改變綱紀廢弛的狀況,一個最基本的途徑就是通過建立高等教育法律的價值共識而改變法律不被信仰與遵循的局面,使高等教育法律能在全社會得到全面的貫徹與實施。為此,改變高等教育立法的思維范式,拓寬社會交往的公共空間,使高等教育立法的民主化程度提高將是建立法律價值共識的必要條件。關鍵詞關鍵詞高等教育法律秩序法律價值
