2、前郊區(qū)的小學體育教師職后培訓依然存在著亟待解決的問題，本文為有關教育部門進一步完善上海郊區(qū)小學體育教師職后培訓工作、提高小學體育教師素質，提出了新的發(fā)展思路和對策，從而提高上海市小學體育教師職后培訓的整體水平，為城鄉(xiāng)均衡發(fā)展以及全面實施素質教育，實現(xiàn)教育現(xiàn)代化打下一個良好的基礎，同時為上海郊區(qū)小學體育教師更好地處理本職工作和接受職后培訓的關系、提升自己的素質和水平、跟上知識經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的步伐等提供了借鑒與指導。因此加強郊區(qū)小學體育教師職

3、后培訓研究勢在必行。本文采用文獻資料法、問卷調查、訪談等方法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法，選取上海市金山、青浦兩個郊區(qū)的200名小學體育教師及相關管理人員作為調查對象，對上海郊區(qū)小學體育教師職后培訓現(xiàn)狀情況進行調查。內容涉及教師對職后培訓重視程度及參與情況、參與動機、教師職后培訓模式、培訓隊伍、培訓教材、考核評價方式、影響參加因素等方面。找出目前小學體育教師職后培訓所存在的問題，并提出促進上海郊區(qū)小學體育教師職后培訓健康發(fā)展的對策，并得出以下結論：金山
