6、priseisweaketc.Thekeystepincrectingtheproblemistoimprovetheroleofgovernmentwhichisalsoadesideratetaskatpresent.BasedontheaboveissuestakingthesituationofZibofinstancethedissertationcloselyfocusedontheroleoflocalgovernment

7、inthedevelopmentofhighervocationaleducationanalyzesthereasonsftheproblemsofthedevelopmentofhighervocationaleducationbydatastudycasesstudycomparativestudybringsfwardthecrespondingcountermeasuresmeasuresoflocalgovernmentto
