    • 簡介:本論文首先從教育學、人才需求、教育產(chǎn)業(yè)、人力資本等角度,對普通高等院校舉辦高職教育的理論基礎和必要性進行了探討,得出普通高等院校舉辦高職教育是現(xiàn)代高等教育人才類型和教育類型多樣化以及中國現(xiàn)階段“大力發(fā)展高職教育”需要充分利用現(xiàn)有資源,實行開放式高職辦學體制的客觀需要,也是本科院校在中國高等教育大眾化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略下,擴大辦學規(guī)模,滿足社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和人民群眾日益增長的教育需求的戰(zhàn)略選擇。其次,對國內(nèi)外普通高等院校高職教育發(fā)展模式進行了系統(tǒng)地比較,在分析了中國高職教育現(xiàn)存的一系列問題的基礎上,提出中國高職教育在需要借鑒國外的先進經(jīng)驗的基礎上,構建適合我國國情的普通高等院校高職教育發(fā)展新模式。最后,以石河子大學高職學院為例,研究構建了“依托母體、獨立發(fā)展,校企合作、產(chǎn)教結合”的普通高等院校高職教育發(fā)展模式,提出石河子大學高職學院應該走股份制道路,并對相應的保障措施進行了研究。

    • 簡介:山西大學2008屆碩士學位論文高等教育價值取向研究作者姓名指導教師閏震普侯懷銀教授學科專業(yè)高等教育學研究方向高等教育原理培養(yǎng)單位教育科學學院學習年限2005年9月一2008年6月二OO八年六月摘要本研究在對高等教育價值取向進行概述的基礎上,對中外高等教育價值取向的演變歷程進行了回顧與分析,闡明了高等教育價值取向演變的基本規(guī)律、特征及其趨勢;從受教育者生命發(fā)展、社會發(fā)展及高等教育自身發(fā)展三個維度八手,對高等教育價值取向的基本依據(jù)及基本要求進行了思考,提出了一種理想的高等教育價值取向。高等教育價值取向是指主體對高等教育進行價值認識的基礎上,結合自身發(fā)展需要選擇、判斷高等教育價值時所體現(xiàn)、遵循的一種價值傾向或意向。高等教育價值取向與高等教育價值、高等教育價值觀、教育價值取向等概念既相互區(qū)別,又有著內(nèi)在的聯(lián)系。考察高等教育價值取向的演變歷程,無論是從中世紀大學產(chǎn)生至當代西方高等教育實踐,還是我國改革開放前后高等教育的發(fā)展,其間,受社會發(fā)展理念與高等教育自身發(fā)展狀況的雙重影響,人們對高等教育價值的選擇與衡量基本上是以高等教育對社會生存與延續(xù)需要的片面滿足程度為標準的,即高等教育的基本價值取向是以工具理性為指導的社會取向。在工具理性的指導下,人們對高等教育價值的判斷以高等教育活動向受教育者傳授知識的多少,高等教育對科學技術、社會文化、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、政治體制與結構某一方面需要的滿足為主要標準,忽視了高等教育對社會主體全面、協(xié)調(diào)、可持續(xù)發(fā)展的作用與效應,忽視了高等教育對受教育者主體生命發(fā)展的關懷及高等教育自身發(fā)展的本質與要求這樣一些作為高等教育基本價值標志的因素,致使高等教育的基本功能得不到應有發(fā)揮,高等教育活動失去了存在的合法性。對高等教育進行價值選擇,其基本著眼點應從高等教育對社會主體發(fā)展、受教育者主體生命全面自由發(fā)展及高等教育自身主體性發(fā)展的效應入手,傳統(tǒng)高等教育價值取向缺少的正是這方面的意義,而這也正是理想高等教育價值取向的依據(jù)。這種意義上的高等教育價值取向對高等教育相關思想的形成,高等教育基本功能的實現(xiàn)及高等教育系統(tǒng)自身的發(fā)展有著重要的作用與影響。換言之,時代所要求的高等教育價值取向應當充分體現(xiàn)當代社會發(fā)展的基本理念、對受教育者生命發(fā)展的高度關懷及當代高等教育發(fā)展的基本特點。從以上意義講,當前及未來理想的高等教育價值取向應是價值理性指導下的高等教育主體性價值取向。這種高等教育價值取向是對傳統(tǒng)工具理性指導下的價值取向的一種揚棄與超越。在這種價值取向指導下,

    • 簡介:高等教育的學生資助問題是中國近年來教育改革的重點和難點問題之一高等教育學生資助的實施是以學費水平不斷攀升學生及其家庭無力獨自承擔為現(xiàn)實經(jīng)濟背景的該文運用國別專題的研究方法和教育社會學的理論模式簡要地界定和分析了學生資助的有關概念和理論依據(jù)系統(tǒng)地考察了中美兩國高等教育學生資助的政策演變、實施現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢探討了兩國面臨的共同的學生資助問題如資助基金的來源渠道不暢、資助實施中難以兼顧效率與公平、回收有償資助基金的拖欠和違約問題嚴重等找出了兩國學生資助實施與發(fā)展過程中的差異立足于中國國情分析了中國學生資助體系在形成初期遇到的問題和困難總結了美國學生資助的先進經(jīng)驗如運行體制完善規(guī)范、結構合理、功能明確等明確了對中國學生資助體系改革的啟示和借鑒意義并提出了健全和完善中國高等教育學生資助體系的有效措施
