簡介:成人教育的功能研究不僅對于成人教育學具有重要的學理意義,其實踐意義更為重大。本文在對成人教育、成人教育功能及提升成人職業(yè)能力的具體涵義分析的基礎上,通過對成人教育提升成人職業(yè)能力的歷史回顧,以及現(xiàn)實需求的分析,認為提升成人職業(yè)能力功能是成人教育與生俱來的,并且在新的時代又賦予了更為豐富的涵義。為促進成人教育提升職業(yè)能力功能的進一步發(fā)揮,本論文最后提出了控制與操作的具體策略。論文分為四章第一章是論文相關研究概念的厘定與推演。作為研究的起點,本章逐一對成人教育、成人教育功能、職業(yè)能力、成人教育中的職業(yè)能力、職業(yè)能力提升等概念做了全面分析,提出了自己的見解,并對提升成人職業(yè)能力作為成人繼續(xù)社會化的主體訴求展開論述。第二章從歷史追溯的角度論述提升成人職業(yè)能力是成人教育的一項與生俱來的功能。作為文章的主要論據(jù)之一,本章先基于國際視野,按照成人教育四個歷史發(fā)展階段萌芽一建立一發(fā)展~終身教育時期來考察成人教育在提升成人職業(yè)能力方面的行動,分別論述了成人教育發(fā)端于工人階級提升職業(yè)能力的需求;制度化始于職業(yè)能力教育的標準化與法制化;穩(wěn)步發(fā)展促進成人職業(yè)能力教育體系的形成;終身教育時代推動職業(yè)能力提升功能向縱深發(fā)展。然后基于我國建國以來的成人教育實踐,論述了我國成人教育在提升成人職業(yè)能力方面的重視與提倡。第三章從社會現(xiàn)實需求角度論述提升職業(yè)能力是成人教育不可忽視的重要功能之一。作為文章的主要論據(jù)之二,本章立足認識教育現(xiàn)象的兩個基本點社會、個體兩個方面分別展開論述。社會的需要包括構(gòu)建和諧社會的需要、組織企業(yè)的發(fā)展需要;個體的需要包括作為成人群體的需要及作為個體的人的需要。第四章是提出策略部分。結(jié)合我國現(xiàn)實分別從教育系統(tǒng)內(nèi)、外部提出成人教育提升職業(yè)能力功能進一步發(fā)揮的控制與操作策略。內(nèi)部策略包括成人教育目標的調(diào)適、成人教育內(nèi)容的選擇、成人教育教學法的選擇;內(nèi)部策略包括加強理論研究及建立、健全法律法規(guī)。

簡介:南京師勉大掌碩士學位論文凰基于學習需求的成人高等教育課程開發(fā)研究院者。系’指導教師學科專業(yè),一。7‘~一一L≯霉祝愛武教育科學學院繆建東1L、~成人教育學中文摘要本研究立足于課程開發(fā),旨在探討成人高等教育課程開發(fā)不同于基礎教育、普通高等教育的獨特性,包括成人高等教育課程開發(fā)的過程、成人高等教育課程開發(fā)的模式、成人高等教育課程開發(fā)的走向等,使成人高等教育的課程開發(fā)真正能夠關注成人學習需求及成人學習特點,樹立為成人工作和生活服務的觀念,增強成人高等教育的適應性和學習者的主體性,有效地服務成人教育實踐。本研究提出成人教育的課程就是教育者根據(jù)成人的學習需求,為成人提供服務的方案和活動。成人高等教育課程開發(fā)是一個提供服務和滿足需求的過程,這種課程開發(fā)的服務觀既是時代的要求,也是由成人學習特點決定的。因此,成人教育的課程是基于成人學習需求的,課程開發(fā)的質(zhì)量以滿足成人的需求為衡量標準。本研究在比較課程開發(fā)的目標模式、過程模式、情境模式的基礎上,認為情境模式是成人高等教育課程開發(fā)較為合適的模式,并詳細論述了情境模式的步驟。論文還嘗試利用情境模式,制定了一個研究生課程進修班的課程開發(fā)個案,作為對理論的運用和檢驗。本研究還對成人高等教育課程開發(fā)的走向進行了探索,認為人性化是其應然走向,具體表現(xiàn)為走向成“人”,走向主體,走向多元。關鍵詞課程;課程開發(fā);成人高等教育;學習需求;終身教育

簡介:時間管理傾向是個體在運用時間方式上所表現(xiàn)出來的心理和行為特征,是一種具有多維度層次心理結(jié)果的人格特征,由時間價值感、時間監(jiān)控觀和時間效能感構(gòu)成。時間管理在一定程度上體現(xiàn)了自我管理的能力,它對于提高工作和學習效率,提高成績有重要的意義。遠程教育環(huán)境下的成人學習者都面臨著處理工學矛盾的問題,學習時間不能得到有效的保證。對他們來說如何正確的管理時間、做好統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃是遠程學習過程中的首要問題。此外,遠程開放的學習方式對遠程學習者的自主學習能力也提出了更高的要求,強調(diào)學習者在遠程學習過程中應該具備一定自我計劃、自我監(jiān)控、自我評價的能力。顯而易見的是,遠程學習者時間管理能力是一項基本技能,它是進行遠程學習的前提,是自主學習能力的重要影響因素。個人的時間管理傾向滲透于日常生活、學習、工作的時間管理中,表現(xiàn)為個人利用和運籌時間的具體行為。本研究首先通過調(diào)查研究的方法考察遠程學習者的時間管理傾向,并通過數(shù)據(jù)的收集與整理探討學習者時間管理傾向的特點。研究結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)1參加被試的遠程學習者均持有較低水平的時間管理傾向,遠程學習經(jīng)歷較短的學習者持有較高的時間監(jiān)控觀。2遠程學習者的時間管理傾向與傳統(tǒng)學習者有顯著的差異,具體表現(xiàn)在傳統(tǒng)學習者持有較高的時間監(jiān)控觀和時間效能感。3遠程學習者的時間監(jiān)控觀和時間價值感對學生的學業(yè)成就有顯著的預測作用。結(jié)合調(diào)查研究的結(jié)論,本研究進一步分析了他們在時間管理上的問題和原因,并以分析結(jié)果為依據(jù)提出了具體的培養(yǎng)方案,傳授學習者有效時間管理的策略。最后重點探討了在線時間管理監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)作為促進學習者掌握時間管理策略有效途徑的實踐意義,并提出了詳細的設計方案與實現(xiàn)模型。雖然研究學習者時間管理的文獻很多,但是本文站在遠程教育領域的角度,探討了遠程學習者的時間管理傾向特點,并提出具體可行的培養(yǎng)方案和系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn),這對于促進遠程教育機構(gòu)更深入地了解學習者特征,完善遠程學習環(huán)境有著重要的理論和實踐意義。
