    • 簡介:福建師范大學碩士學位論文我國現(xiàn)階段高等職業(yè)教育公平問題研究以福建省為例姓名葉菁申請學位級別碩士專業(yè)教育管理指導教師趙麟斌20100501中文文摘胡錦濤同志在黨的十七大報告中指出“教育公平是社會公平的重要基礎”,并將發(fā)展教育作為加快推進以改善民生為重點的社會建設的六大任務之一。作為教育中重要一分子的高等職業(yè)教育,其公平性同樣是構成社會的重要基礎,在國家一再強調要大力發(fā)展職業(yè)技術教育的時刻,特別值得我們深入研究和高度重視。高等職業(yè)教育資源短缺、供給不足是長期以來制約我國高等教育公平的主要瓶頸,大力發(fā)展高等職業(yè)教育、推進高等教育大眾化是增進教育公平的必然選擇。由于“精英教育”慣性、泛化“效率優(yōu)先”原則和高職教育制度變革滯后等原因,滋生、繁衍、積累了大量的非公平現(xiàn)象。高等職業(yè)教育在發(fā)展進程中必須把增進教育公平作為基本的價值取向,增加公共財政投入,改變社會觀念,依托市場機制擴大高職教育資源,真正“使無業(yè)者有業(yè),使有業(yè)者樂業(yè)“,促進高職教育可持續(xù)發(fā)展,改革招生、用人制度,擴大社會影響力,改善辦學條件,提高教育教學質量。隨著我國高等教育大眾化的推進,高等職業(yè)教育作用已越來越突出,但同時高等職業(yè)教育也面臨著嚴峻的挑戰(zhàn),存在著許多困難和問題,其發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀已嚴重地挑戰(zhàn)了教育公平。在經濟社會發(fā)展沒有達到一定程度的情況下,教育是帶有一定程度的公共產品性質的稀缺資源,其分配主要由政府公共部門通過財政手段來掌控。我國自改革開放以來,經濟發(fā)展水平的提高帶來了教育事業(yè)快速發(fā)展,在教育投入不斷增加的情況下,公民受教育水平與教育質量不斷提高。但長期以來由于教育制度和觀念的偏頗,教育資源配置并不十分合理,從教育結構上來說,在高等職業(yè)教育領域體現(xiàn)得較為明顯。中小學義務教育和普通高等教育都得到了充分的重視,而處于夾心層的高等職業(yè)教育卻關注不夠。而無論是對于中國經濟的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,還是對于建立一個和諧社會這樣的政治目標,高等職業(yè)教育的重要性和緊迫性都應當得到充分認識。本文側重研究福建省高等職業(yè)教育,從起點、過程、結果分析原因,并提出粗淺的建議。文章大致從以下六個部分加以闡述第一章緒論,著重闡述兩個內容,一介紹文章選題的由來及研究思路,二闡述國外關于教育公平理論的主要觀點。第二章闡述高等職業(yè)教育公平的理論依據。其中包括國外關于教育公平理論的代表觀點,并分析高等職業(yè)教育的內涵與特性,提出促進高等職業(yè)教育公平的意義。第三章主要介紹國外高等職業(yè)教育公平的經驗,列舉德國、日本、英國、美國的教育模式,并與我國現(xiàn)行的高度職業(yè)教育制度相比較,提出可借鑒的經驗。第四章分析福建省高等職業(yè)教育公平發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及存在問題。福建省的高等職業(yè)教育近幾年發(fā)展迅速,院校數量以及在校生人數不斷增長,為福建省的經濟建設培養(yǎng)了大批技術應用型和高技能人才,但仍存在公平性欠缺之處,主要表現(xiàn)在教育起點不公平、教育過程不公平、教育結果不公平。第五章根據之前分析的現(xiàn)狀,提出實現(xiàn)福建省高等職業(yè)教育公平的對策。首先通過政府宏觀調控,從政策面上引導高等職業(yè)教育正確定位其次合理配置教育資源,大力ILI

    • 簡介:Y1023{70浙江師范大學教育碩士專業(yè)學位論文毒2003128研究生圃受盎指導教師基亡盎煌±中圖分糞號晝Z魚墨答辯時聞一呈艘.年JLL月游職業(yè)教育的現(xiàn)狀和問題、企業(yè)對旅游各崗位人才需求規(guī)格,提出旅游職業(yè)教育應走能力取向之路的理論意義和現(xiàn)實意義,闡述丫借鑒CBE模式理論和現(xiàn)實的依據,以及旅游職業(yè)教育教學CBE本土化模式構建的可行|生問題。通過研究提出了可操作的旅游職業(yè)教育CBE本土化教學模式,形成了旅游專業(yè)CBE模式的結構圖式,形成了旅游職業(yè)教育CBE本土化教學模式的組織設計和流程架構。本研究從旅游市場調查、分析入手,對旅游專業(yè)方向崗位進行能力分析,概括出旅游職業(yè)能力目標的內涵和要求,以及酒店管理與服務和旅行社部門崗位職業(yè)能力圖表;根據能力組成要求,進行課程開發(fā)DACUM;構建旅游專業(yè)教學實施的實踐教學體系架構和CBE本土化的學習模式;提出了旅游職業(yè)教育本J}二化CBE模式教學評價的設想。本研究還針對旅游專業(yè)和職業(yè)教育的特點,分析并提出旅游職業(yè)教育教學CBE本土化模式實施的觀念層面的、操作程序層面的、投入和校企合作層面、師資層面、課程與教材層面的保障條件。旅游職業(yè)教育CBE本土化教學模式的研究還有待進一步深入,文章對今后進一步的研究進行展望。關鍵詞CBE教學模式;本土化;模式構建;旅游職業(yè)教育

    • 簡介:企業(yè)參與高等職業(yè)教育質量保障體系研究STUDYONENTERPRISEINVOLVEMENTTOTHEQUALITYASSURANCESYSTEMOFTHEHIGHERVOCATIONALEDUCATION專業(yè)驅些拉苤熬直堂研究生塞4紅整指導教師I生艷匾教援天津大學職教學院二。一一年五月◆中文摘要國家中長期教育改革和發(fā)展綱要20102020年明確提出,“要大力發(fā)展職業(yè)教育”,“把提高質量作為重點”,“要建立健全職業(yè)教育質量保障體系”。高等職業(yè)技術教育是我國改革開放后發(fā)展起來的高等教育的重要組成部分,是為我國經濟建設和社會發(fā)展培養(yǎng)高級人才的重要途徑之一,其發(fā)展水平明顯地標志著一個國家的經濟水準和生產力程度。所以在新形勢下,建立和完善與經濟發(fā)展相適應的高職教育質量保障體系顯得尤為重要。而任何質量保障體系如果少了對最終用戶需求的考慮都必定是不完善的。高等職業(yè)教育的培養(yǎng)對象是為企業(yè)服務的,這就同樣要求企業(yè)要參與到高等職業(yè)教育質量保障體系中來。當前由于企業(yè)對高職教育質量保障體系的參與缺失等原因,我們的高等職業(yè)教育還存在著一些問題,這些問題對高等職業(yè)教育質量的影響正日益突出。本文共分為五章。第一章為緒論部分,主要介紹了研究背景和研究現(xiàn)狀,分析了研究意義,提出了研究的主要內容及主要研究方法。第二章介紹了高等職業(yè)教育質量保障體系的內涵。著重分析了高等職業(yè)教育質量保障體系的構成及內外部質量保障體系的相互關系。在第三章中,主要介紹了我國企業(yè)參與高等職業(yè)教育質量保障體系的現(xiàn)狀與問題。分別從校企合作的認識層面和實踐層面分析了當前企業(yè)參與高等職業(yè)教育質量保障體系的現(xiàn)狀與問題,并從國家、企業(yè)和高職院校的角度分別論述造成問題的原因。在第四章,主要介紹了國外職業(yè)教育質量保障體系企業(yè)參與的主要模式。主要通過對德國、美國、英國和澳大利亞的職業(yè)教育質量保障體系的研究,深入分析總結了國外企業(yè)參與職業(yè)教育質量保障體系的相關做法帶來的啟示。第五章提出企業(yè)參與高等職業(yè)教育質量保障體系的對策與建議,主要探討了政府如何從宏觀政策上促進企業(yè)參與高等職業(yè)教育質量保障體系、學校如何從高等職業(yè)教育質量保障體系內部創(chuàng)設適宜的環(huán)境以促進企業(yè)的有效參與、企業(yè)自身如何在高等職業(yè)教育實施的過程中參與高等職業(yè)教育質量保障體系。關鍵詞高等職業(yè)教育;質量保障體系;企業(yè)參與
