簡介:南京理工大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文民航華北地區(qū)飛行計劃一體化處理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)摘要飛行計劃的一體化處理就是實現(xiàn)飛行計劃的統(tǒng)一申請、統(tǒng)一生成、統(tǒng)一更新和統(tǒng)一發(fā)布,解決目前飛行計劃由各管制中心單獨管理而造成的一致性和完整性問題,為區(qū)域提供準(zhǔn)確一致的飛行計劃數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)。飛行計劃一體化處理是對現(xiàn)有民航飛行計劃管理模式的一次革命性改進,對建設(shè)我國民航高效的空中交通服務(wù)體系具有重要意義。飛行計劃一體化處理在國外已有成功應(yīng)用的先例,中國民航正對飛行計劃一體化處理進行技術(shù)論證。民航華北空管局依據(jù)對飛行計劃一體化的理解,結(jié)合自身飛行計劃管理的特點,提出了區(qū)域飛行計劃一體化處理的需求,并與中國電子科技集團公司第二十J、研究所合作進行民航華北地區(qū)飛行計劃一體化處理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計開發(fā)。本文結(jié)合民航華北地區(qū)飛行計劃一體化處理系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)研制過程,重點論述了經(jīng)用戶確認(rèn)的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計及實現(xiàn)方案,并對系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)和系統(tǒng)結(jié)論進行了論述。關(guān)鍵詞飛行計劃空中交通管理一體化AFRN流量管理聲明本學(xué)位論文是我在導(dǎo)師的指導(dǎo)下取得的研究成果,盡我所知,在本學(xué)位論文中,除了加以標(biāo)注和致謝的部分外,不包含其他人已經(jīng)發(fā)表或公布過的研究成果,也不包含我為獲得任何教育機構(gòu)的學(xué)位或?qū)W歷而使用過的材料。與我一同工作的同事對本學(xué)位論文做出的貢獻均己在論文中作了明確的說明。研介“洲率一如石年‘,月歲。日學(xué)位論文使用授權(quán)聲明南京理工大學(xué)有權(quán)保存本學(xué)位論文的電子和紙質(zhì)文檔,可以借閱或上網(wǎng)公布本學(xué)位論文的全部或部分內(nèi)容,可以向有關(guān)部門或機構(gòu)送交并授權(quán)其保存、借閱或上網(wǎng)公布本學(xué)位論文的全部或部分內(nèi)容。對于保密論文,按保密的有關(guān)規(guī)定和程序處理。研究、一墊Q車J。若年,,月了。日
